From Spain to Singapore
Enhancing Operational Reliability
Oostec has upgraded the control systems for mobile deck cranes on two dredgers, converting them from relay-based to PLC-based control. This involved modifying various MCC panels and redesigning the electrical schematics in EPLAN.
In locations across Spain, Singapore, and Poland, Oostec has carried out electrical upgrades on these deck cranes.
These upgrades have enhanced operational reliability, ensuring that the control systems will be fit for years to come.

I have the flexibility to choose the projects I work on. Currently, I’m involved in implementing software for production lines and helping develop new standards. It’s exciting to see that the code you write works immediately during the commissioning phase, as we can thoroughly test the software through our own simulations in the development environment.
